Arrow Plumbing & Heating, Inc. opened in November 2005 after owners Dick and Cindy Browning purchased the assets of Bert Swanson Plumbing. Their mission was to become a full-service plumbing, heating and air-conditioning service provider to Aurora, IL and the Fox Valley.

Since then, they have built the company on a foundation of customer satisfaction, attention to details and high levels of skill and integrity. Arrow employs only highly qualified plumbing, heating and air-conditioning specialists; all of its technicians are licensed and trained.

Dick Browning's professional plumbing and mechanical experience spans 35 years. He spent the first 10 years of his career as a service technician before being promoted to service manager, a position he occupied for 3 years.

In the years leading up to his establishment of Arrow, his duties for different companies included organizing field personnel, estimating, and managing projects throughout the Aurora region. He also provided mechanical and plumbing system design for general contractors before bidding documents were processed.

Cindy Browning likewise has 35 years of experience in plumbing, heating and construction. During her career, she has developed office procedures for residential and commercial contractors, implemented accounting programs and managed all accounting functions.

Today, she helps lead Arrow Plumbing & Heating with strong skills in customer relations, office operations and project management. Her knowledge and experience are main catalysts of Arrow's always increasing service quality and production.

Beyond offering professional service, the company commits itself to community programs. Just one of its outreach efforts is participation in Working Together to Sink Hunger, an annual food drive led by the Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors Authority of Northern Illinois (PAMCANI). All event proceeds go to the Northern Illinois Food Bank.
